- Finance essentials for non-financial managers
Although this appears to be a very routine course, we do not deliver it in a routine fashion. We have a wealth of material and real life examples, such that we can run this course over anything from two hours to five days. In any event, you are in control.
- Forecasting and budgeting
Every business should have a forecast and a budget. If you have them, this course helps your staff do them better. If you don't, this course shows them (and you) how to do them and why you need them. - Time management
Make sure your staff are managing their time, and you will spend less time managing them!! These are tried and trusted techniques, but are delivered by people who have worked in the real world, not from a textbook.
