Case Study 3 - Presentation Skills
The MD of a long established group of engineering and manufacturing businesses, and already a client of FTFM, asked whether we could train his key sales and management staff in presentation skills. Many of the group's sales are driven through conference and high level, formal meeting presentation - and the fact is that most of these presentations were unexceptional if not poor.
The catch is that most presentation courses are over two days and aimed solely at PowerPoint and public speaking. We tailored a one day course aimed at the sort of presentation his staff needed to excel at, yet still covering the universals of impressive presentation.
Feedback from all delegates has been excellent, with staff now looking forward to presenting in public, confident that they can outperform competitors.
