The MD of this profitable £3m turnover Sheffield based vehicle leasing and sales company wanted to increase his understanding of finance and accounts so that he could converse on a level with his accountants and funders.
We delivered a highly flexible series of one to one workshops lasting around 2 hours each. Because of our expertise and experience we were able to go wherever the sessions took us. All aspects of training were backed up with material and case studies developed around the company's own accounts and data.
As well as gaining an excellent understanding of accounts and finance, several unexpected benefits accrued. Within a few months the company was producing its own monthly management accounts pack, giving meaningful information to both the MD and his senior management team. The company was, therefore, no longer reliant on its accountants to produce management accounts which frankly were not understood by either producer or user!
